My name is Jeremy Rosenquist and I grew up on the eastern plains of Colorado in a small town called Kersey.  For as long as I can remember hunting, fishing, livestock and anything outdoors has always been part of my life.  I became interested in taxidermy in 8th grade.  At the time I was an avid duck hunter and thought the idea of working on my own birds would be a great opportunity.  When I was a sophomore in high school I was lucky enough to get to work for a very successful bird taxidermist as well as some of the top taxidermists in the country.  

Shortly after high school, I was confident taxidermy was the profession that I wanted to pursue.  I founded my business, Showcase Taxidermy in 1998 in Kersey, Colorado and have been in business ever since.  I started working in a shop that my dad and I build in his pole barn until I was able to build my own shop a few years later.  From 1997-2002 I competed in many taxidermy competitions in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Montana and Kansas.  I won many best of division awards with fish, birds and game-heads. I was a WASCO award winner and a 2 time poly transpar winner.  Additionally, I placed first at Nationals twice with birds in Billings, MT. 

In 2012, I married my wife Dana and I moved to Laramie, Wyoming.  I relocated my main shop to Laramie but still operated a drop off/pickup site at my dads in Kersey, Colorado.  We had a small cow/calf operation that we were trying to grow as well.
